Aidan P. Connor

Mr. Connor’s federal practice focuses on cases before various administrative agencies—including the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and Office of Personnel Management (OPM)—as well as security clearance cases before the Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals (DOHA), the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency Adjudicated Vetting Services (DCSA AVS), and other federal agencies. Mr. Connor also handles various administrative matters involving federal law enforcement officers. In addition, Mr. Connor advises private sector employees throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia in various types of investigations, grievance procedures, disciplinary actions, whistleblower issues, and equal employment opportunity (EEO) matters.
Prior to joining Berry & Berry, PLLC as an associate attorney, Mr. Connor served as a Law Clerk with the firm beginning in early 2023 while attending law school at George Mason University School of Law. Before clerking with the firm, Mr. Connor interned with a small plaintiff-side firm in Washington, D.C., where he worked on employment law and civil rights law matters. During law school, Mr. Connor also served as a member of the George Mason University Civil Rights Law Journal.
Prior to his legal training, Mr. Connor obtained his undergraduate degree from American University where he majored in History. While attending American University, Mr. Connor interned at the U.S. Department of Justice and played the trumpet in the university pep band. Mr. Connor is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia and before federal agencies nationwide.
