Attorney Profiles: Alison R. Wills

Ms. Wills is an associate attorney with the firm and represents federal and state employees, law enforcement officers, private sector employees and labor unions in a number of employment and labor law matters. Ms. Wills also represents federal employees in binding arbitrations before the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals (in regard to security clearance matters) and in court. In addition, Ms. Wills represents federal and local law enforcement officers and other local public safety employees in various administrative matters.

Ms. Wills also advises and represents individuals on federal retirement matters, including general retirement errors, FERCCA corrections, OPM Disability Retirement applications, law enforcement and firefighter retirement and general FERS and CSRS retirement issues. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wills completed an externship with the Honorable Douglas E. Miller, United States Magistrate Judge in the Eastern District of Virginia, where she focused on federal habeas corpus petitions and social security appeals.
